Light yellow and sparkling dress, fine and delicate bubbles
fresh nose with notes of white flowers supported by vanilla aroma
a lively and balanced fresh mouth on a gourmet finish
Excellent with fish dishes such as crab or St-Pierre a la plancha, but also on marinated chicken skewers. Also ideal as an aperitif.
