Vinification: 1ère fermentation alcoolique uniquement en cuves thermorégulées suivie d’une fermentation malo-lactique puis assemblés avec des vins de réserves conservés en cuves à températures contrôlées et en foudres de chêne.
Ageing: Blending of two to three harvests, then aging in the cellar for 60 months
Available capacity : bottle and magnum
